The Ickle Pickles Children’s Charity was delighted to be presented with a cheque of over £10,000 by the global insurance group Howden in London in September.

Over 20 people walked the talk and completed a challenging trek of 21 miles along the Jurassic coast in May. Their fundraising efforts - the Jurassic Coast Ultrachallenge and a charity raffle for the Ickle Pickles and The Care Workers Charity - were matched by the Howden Group and raised over £20,000.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed. Your efforts help to provide vital equipment for neonatal units and upgrade facilities to support parents and neonatal staff to make a big difference to the treatment of small babies in Bristol and Portsmouth.

We will be marking World Prematurity Month in November, a perfect chance to get involved and raise funds for much-needed intensive care equipment at your neonatal unit. So why not take on 100km, 50km, or 25km as a Walk, Jog, or Run – you’ll get experience and a challenge with unforgettable camaraderie.
