Connor Robson completed the Brighton and Hove Triathlon on the 10th of September 2023 and achieved an amazing time in the Olympic distance event of a 1500m swim, 40k cycle and finally a 10k run.

Connor raised over £2100 for the Ickle Pickles Charity and has generously chosen to support the neonatal unit at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth where we are currently fundraising for more reclining chairs. They are fantastic for skin-to-skin care and bonding - parents love them!

1 in 13 babies are born prematurely every year in the UK and many neonatal units are feeling the pressure of shrinking budgets. Incredible strains are being placed on infrastructure and equipment.

It is estimated that the cost of neonatal care per baby per day in a neonatal unit is around £2,000. Each donation of vital equipment helps babies requiring neonatal care.

For his training, Connor completed a staggering 344.96 miles and we thank him and each of his 95 donors for all the support and help to make a difference to sick and premature babies.

We hope Connor's amazing challenge sparks your motivation to take on a cycle or run of your life.
