We have worked with the unit at Southampton for a number of years and are planning to increase our involvement with staff and families with the introduction of coffee mornings and opportunities to fundraise through us directly.

The purchases we have made have ranged from handheld scanners to reclining chairs for kangaroo care cuddles and breast pumps to privacy screens as examples.

We are delighted to be working with the wonderful & dedicated Neonatal team at Princess Anne hospital and would encourage anyone interested in raising funds through us for this neonatal unit to get in touch and discuss how you can get involved - the feeling of having made a tangible difference is simply incredible and very rewarding!

Current Appeal:

The team at the Princess Anne Neonatal unit in Southampton have requested 4 Symphony Breast Pumps which will help Mums to express their milk by the cotside when their baby is too small or too sick to breastfeed directly.

The progress of the Appeal is shown below and a photograph of the equipment can be seen on the right.

Level 3: Deliveries of babies less than 27 weeks & in need of intensive care
